This contract serves as a model release, giving CPS the irrevocable right to use the images in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. Images of the client may be manipulated. Client releases CPS and Jessica Meetze from any liability regarding the use of this material in any form and waives any right to inspect or approve the finished publications or products that incorporate images of the client. The client will not receive compensation, now or in the future, in connection with the use of any images of the client.

I do not wish for images of me or my family to be displayed on social media and/or studio marketing material.
